Bells Field is a half mile track set up in a grass field owned by local farmer George ‘Geordie’ Bell. The track is located less than 10 miles from Corbiewood in the village of Airth. Starting back in 2003 Bells Field is held once a year and is the highlight of the year for many local horsemen. Races are run anti-clockwise instead of the common clockwise direction. Each year the local farmer Geordie Bell frantically tries to get the hay cut and bailed from his field so this exciting race meeting can take place. |

| There is always a good crowd at this annual race meeting with many families and friends attending with their own picnics. If picnics are not your thing then burger and ice cream vans are always in attendance. The bookies are always there so why not have a little flutter and hopefully cheer your horse over the line. If this doesn’t prove successful you can always drown you’re sorrows with a drink from the licensed bar. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
